The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority ("Owner") is requesting separate sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services for the SURFACE PARKING LOT SOUTH OF GOLF COURSE PROJECT (the "Project") at Huntsville International Airport (the "Airport"), located in Huntsville, Alabama. The body of the email shall include the bidder's general contractor's license number and classification or otherwise the bid shall berejected. Bidder must be an Alabama General Contractor licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors for Alabama pursuant to Alabama Code Section 34-8-1, et seq. Any bid received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be rejected. Pre-qualificationof bidders is not required. All questions related to the Request for Proposals and other Contract Documents shall be directed to Tim Westhoven via email, with a copy to Jim Flowers and Taylor Bone, Project Manager, at tbone@hsvairport.org. The Project will consist of the construction of a new +/- 3.20 acre lighted and access-controlled parking lot containing approximately 359 parking spaces,modifications to Glenn Hearn Blvd for access, and modifications to existing drainage structures. There will not be a pre-bid conference. Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities in the bids received, to reject any or allbids, and to enter into negotiations with the lowest responsive bidder. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of bid opening
