The City of Spring Hill requests qualifications for special inspection and material testing services for the construction of the City of Spring Hill Fire Station No. 4 located at 2932 Duplex Road in Spring Hill, TN. The scope of work includes the categories listed below. The specific work that would be performed is outlined in the project specifications and summarized below. The testing service guidelines are contained in Specification Section 014100 "Quality Requirements ". At the conclusion of work, a letter from the testing agency will be required. It will state that, based upon the results of the work tested and to the best of the testing agency's knowledge, the structural work conforms to the project specifications, the structural documents, and the building code Subject to applicable laws and regulations, the City reserves the right to reject, at its sole discretion, any and all responses as deemed in the best interest of the City Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted via email only to: Missy Stahl, CIP Director Email: mstahl@springhilltn.org Written Questions must be received by August 1, 2024.
