Reference Number: 0000357936 The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain pricing for HVAC Controls Replacement - Skyline High School, to include removal, haul away and proper disposal and/or recycling of the existing controls and the Purchase, Installation & Startup of new Distech*No substitute, HVAC Controls as specified herein, from a manufacturer authorized, qualified and well-established company who will provide the product and services as defined herein. Job Location: Skyline High School, 600 E Mountain View Ave, Longmont, CO 80504 General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bid Bond 10 % All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty (If the total Base Bid Price is $50,000 or greater) in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount that represents 10% of the total base bid price. The Contractor shall furnish to St. Vrain Valley School District RE 1J, a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond within TEN (10) business days after notification of award of a contract.
