Job Location: Skyline High School, 600 E Mountain View Ave, Longmont, CO 80504 General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bid Bond 10 % All bids shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty (If the total Base Bid Price is $50,000 or greater) in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount that represents 10% of the total base bid price. The Contractor shall furnish to St. Vrain Valley School District RE 1J, a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond within TEN (10) business days after notification of award of a contract. Question Deadline 07/30/2024 at 3:00 PM MT, Questions are submitted online: Yes, Addenda/Response to Questions August 1, 2024. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid or portion of any bid which, in its opinion, best serves the needs and purposes of the District.
