This is a Digital Delivery Pilot Project. Mandatory pre-bid training will be held Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 9:00am to 12:00pm at the MDOT Bay Region Office, 5859 Sherman Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48604 or a hybrid virtual Microsoft Teams meeting option. 4% Dbe Participation Required Net classification required for this project is 2705 Ea or 2705 Fa In addition to the above minimum prequalification requirement for prime contractors this project includes subclassifications of Ea and Fa. If the prime contractor is not prequalified in those subclassifications it must use prequalified subcontractors.
