Qualifications for Engineering Services Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, North Carolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population of approximately 60,000. The District is working to secure funding from USDA for the Broad River Water Plant and Distribution Improvements Project. The District is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for the Broad River Water Plant and Distribution Improvements Project to include the following scope of work: PER, Design, bidding and construction oversight of a New 6.0 MGD Water Plant in Southern Cleveland County as well as a new Elevated Storage Tank south of Boiling Springs and associated Distribution Improvements from just South of Boiling Springs to the Patterson Springs and Mid Pines communities. Professional personnel Experience Availability The District reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the District.
