Request for Qualifications for Engineering Services Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District located in Cleveland County, North Carolina with over 22,000 active water service accounts and serving a population of approximately 60,000. The District is seeking professional engineering services consistent with North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for the Bulk Chemical Storage and Site Improvements Project to include the following scope of work: o Design, bidding and construction oversight of a New Bulk Chemical Storage Building and site work. Evaluation and selection factors include: o Familiarity with the project, CCW, and Cleveland County, NC. o Experience with the water system improvement projects as outlined with the current firm/team. o Professional personnel o Experience o Availability The District reserves the right to accept a firm that is most advantageous to the District.
