Cleveland County Water Professional Architectural Services Project Request for Qualifications for Architect Services Cleveland County Water is a Sanitary District Located in Cleveland County, North Carolina With Over 22,000 Active Water Service Accounts and Serving a Population of Approximately 60,000. The District is Seeking Professional Architectural Services Consistent With North Carolina General Statute 143-64.31 for the Old Administration Remodel Project to Include the Following Scope of Work: o Design, Bidding and Construction Oversight of Remodel to Old Administration Building. Awards Will Be Made to the Responsible and Most Qualified Firm Whose Qualifications Are Aligned With the District's Project and Strategic Objectives. Evaluation and Selection Factors Include: o Familiarity With the Project, Ccw, and Cleveland County, Nc. o Experience With Remodeling Existing Facilities as Outlined With the Current Firm/team. o Professional Personnel o Experience o Availability the District Reserves the Right to Accept a Firm That is Most Advantageous to the District.
