Renovation of a medical facility in Lillooet, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Lillooet Hospital and Health Center (LIH) has an aging elevator that requires an upgrade as replacement parts are very difficult to source. A complete modernization is required to bring this elevator to the new code. Scope of Work; 1. Provide all engineering, shop drawings, materials, shipping, and methods for the modernization ofthe one (1) elevator #1 as described in these specifications. 2. The elevator modernization includes, but is not limited to: Controller, electronic soft starter, and leveling system. Pump unit, tank, tank heater, muffler, isolation coupling, control valve, vibration isolation,and hydraulic suppression. New pipe rupture valve, hydraulic suppression. Door operator, door detector, and hall door equipment. Operating fixtures. Machine room and hoistway wiring, traveling cables. Cab interior upgrades.
