Site work for a residential development in Thiells, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.
As of September 12, 2024, project was awarded to HF Construction Enterprise with an awarded amount of $23,278.78. Building 9 Ramp Repairs - Courtyard Contract term: Within 30 days of receiving the purchase order Courtyard Ramp Repairs. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of Ramp Repairs, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The contractor will be responsible pulling apart any stone wall area that is deemed to be loose. 2. The contractor will rebuild those stone wall areas as original constructed. 3. Stones will be laid into mortar. Behind the wall will be backfilled and compacted with similar fill materials 4. Top granite cap will be reset onto the wall. Joints around the cap will be caulked with exterior masonry/epoxy caulk for fixability. 5. If railing need to disconnect and/ or move, the contractor is responsible to reattach the railings as per industry standard. 6. Entire ramp wall will be tuck point as required.
