The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work and architectural drawings if supplied. Work is to be completed within 30 days of award, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid. Refer to attached specification for the following scope of work. Site must be cleaned and all materials secured at the end of each work day. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of Gutter Installation, before removal of equipment and scaffolding, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with Plant Superintendent. SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The contractor is responsible to ensure that all the fascia is 'good shape'. Any board damaged and/ or aluminum wrap missing will be replaced prior to gutter installation. The removal of any gutters that are present. 2. The contractor will install approximately 590' LF of gutter as per spec. Contractor will verify the measurements. 3. All leaders are 3" x 4" aluminum. They will connect to all (12) stormwater/ drain points with proper adaptors. 4. Gutters will properly slope to leaders. 5. Gutter Spec: High capacity 5" K-style gutters, .032 Seamless Gutters. Proper installation ofinside and outside miters will be used as required. Hidden fasteners will be used and spaced about 12" intervals. Contractor will need to comply to manufacture installation. 6. The contractor will install Micro-Filtration top screen protection on the gutter.
