Renovation of a water / sewer project in Glen Fork, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The Ravencliff-McGraws-Saulsville Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Improvements to Owner's existing Water Treatment Plant including replacement of tray aerator floors and media, flocculator mixers and controls, chain-link fence, pumps, valves, motors, and process instrumentation; demolition of the existing chemical building and construction of a new one; HVAC and electrical upgrades; and other miscellaneous improvements. The Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000 per day. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractor's License per Section 30-42-12 of the West Virginia Code.
