The Town of Hingham requests sealed bids from qualified vendors for TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT - LINCOLN STREET (ROUTE 3A). Contractor must be Prequalified Highway Contractors - prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Highway - Construction, for the project with an estimated value of $ 400,000.00 is required. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c. 30, 39M & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c. l49 26 to 27H inclusive. The Town Administrator and/or Select Board will act as the Awarding Authority for this IFB. Question Deadline 08/02/2024 at 4:00 PM ET All vendor communications concerning this Invitation for Bid shall be directed via the Town's eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature The Town of Hingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
