The Hingham Public Schools is soliciting bids for the following: Hingham Public Schools - Hingham High School Wellness Center Project #: HPS-PRS-101724 The Hingham Public Schools (HPS) is requesting bids for Hingham High School Wellness Center located at 17 Union Street, Hingham, MA. The project includes the construction of multipurpose Wellness Center Facility on the existing site of a former storage and concession facility including all civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection to complete the facility. The estimated cost of the work is $1,150,000 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, General Building Construction and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. Filed Sub-Bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the trades listed below and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Sub-bidder's Update Statement.
