The bidders shall obtain all required permits. The cost of which shall be included in the bid. 2. The successful bidder shall provide copies of all permits to the building coordinator. 3. Door holders shall hold the 1st floor doors open. They shall be wall or floor mounted.--Submittals will be required and will need to be approved by the Owner. 4. Doors must open a minimum of 90 5. Doors shall release per building on general alarm. 6. Furnish and install 12 new door holders throughout 6 buildings, 2 per building. 7. Furnish and install 6 new addressable relays to control door holders. Relays shall be rated a minimum of 125% of the load they are controlling. Addressable relays model A0M2RF 8. Furnish and install new 120V wiring from existing circuit through relay to power door holders. 9. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable codes. 10. EMT or MC is acceptable. 11. Furnish and install new surge suppressors for door holders. 12. A minimum of a 10kA Surge Protection Device (SPD) shall be installed to protect the new door holders. 13. Furnish and install new breaker lock on circuit feeding door holders. 14. Breaker shall be labeled. 15. Breaker lock shall require the use of tools to remove. Suppliers 16.
