The type of bicycle facility has not yet been determined and may include segments of one-way bike lanes, two-way cycle track, or combinations. The Project will include conceptual reports and exhibits for the future construction of a bicycle facility along Independence Avenue from The Paseo to 3rd Street. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goals on this project are 10%.
