The Town of Westlock (Town) has implemented a Asphalt Overlay Program. This program consists of replacing Milling & Asphalt overlaying existing roadways within the Town boundary. This five (5) year program will be administered utilizing a stipulated price contract. The Total Budget is set at $1,800,000.00, with the amount allocated per year as follows: 2024 - $200,000.00 2025 - $400,000.00 2026 - $400,000.00 2027 - $400,000.00 2028 - $400,000.00 Major work items are as follows: 1.
