Engineering upgrades in the town of Westlock. TIMELINE: Town of Westlock has issued a Request For Proposals from consulting firms and/or consults along with sub-contracted services, for the provision of Engineering Services as set out in this Request for Proposal documentation. The successful consultant will be expected to become familiar with the Town of Westlock policies/procedures, organizational structure and operating/software systems. In addition, the consulting firm will become familiar with the Town Master Plans and strategies. The consultant will be available on an on-call basis to address any engineering consulting requirements The Town may have throughout the term of the Standing Offer Agreement.
