Reference Number 0000274585 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/08 03:00:00 PM MDT Pricing Lump sum Rdp Has Determined That, Subject to a Viable Commercial and Technical Solution Being Proposed, Engaging a Contractor is the Best Model for Maximizing Value to Rdp. By Partnering With an Experienced Contractor to Identify, Design, Implement and Operate Energy Initiatives, Rdp is Seeking to Enhance Energy Efficiency, Reduce Energy Consumption and Reduce Ghg Emissions. The Project Scope is Expected to Include the Following Services ("Services"): Investment Grade Audit- Contractor Shall Undertake an Investment Grade Audit to Assess the Current Energy Usage and Potential for Energy Savings for the List of Properties Mentioned in Rfq Section 2.2 (Properties). This Includes: I. Validation of Energy Conservation Measures (Ecms) to Be Proposed During the Rfp and a Detailed Description Through an Investment Grade Audit That May Be an American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers (Ashrae) Level Iii to Include Equipment Type, Technical Specifications, Warranty; Ii. Identification of Compliance Requirements, Applicable Law, Licenses and Permits for Proposed Ecms; Iii. Validation of Costs, Annual Energy Savings, Repayment Period, Applicable Incentives, Grants, Etc. That the Contractor Proposed During the Rfp Phase; Iv. Provide Guaranteed Minimum Energy Savings and Ghg Avoidance, That Meet or Exceed the Contractor's Rfp Proposal Submission; V. Preparation of Investment Grade Audit Report Including Construction and Commissioning Plans; and Vi. Obtain Rdp's Approval for the Investment Grade Audit Report.
