2024 Hauling and Disposal of Sewage Biosolids. Scope of Work 1.1 the Contractor Agrees to Furnish All Labor, Superintendence, Materials, Necessary Equipment, and Other Utilities and Facilities for, Perform All Work Necessary for or Incidental to, and Perform All Other Obligations Imposed by This Agreement for, the Complete Work in Connection With the Hauling and Disposal of Sewage Biosolids, Herein Called for, All in Strict Accordance With the Contract Documents. The Contract Time will commence effective November 1, 2021 and will run for three consecutive years, ending on October 31, 2024. The Contract Time can be extended for two additional 1-year contract extensions at a mutually agreeable price between the Owner and the Contractor. The request for a contract extension shall be made by the Contractor at least 90 days prior to the contract expiration for review and approval/denial by the Owner. Question Deadline 08/14/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions Due Date Online Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of the Bid opening unless award is delayed by a required approval from a government agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant or grants, in which case the Bids shall remain open for a period of 120 days from the date of Bid opening. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, trust company treasurer's check, or Bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the Total First Year Bid Price. ENPWJSA reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any and all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any Bid at its sole discretion.
