Renovations to the north half of the 1st Floor ,including structural modifications, mechanical and fire protection upgrades, and new flooring, lighting and interior finishes. The estimated project completion date is August31, 2025. PROJECT/WORK IDENTIFICATION A. General: Project name is "Mountain View Medical Park North 1 st Floor Remodel" as shown on Contract Documents prepared by the Facilities Engineering Office, Drawings and Specifications are dated July 18, 2024. B. The work includes demolition of existing walls, construction of new walls, modifications to mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, lighting, and fire protection, replacement of the lighting, patching and painting of wall, and replacement of the flooring. C. Abbreviated Written Summary: Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the work of the Contract can be summarized as follows: 1. Add and remove walls as shown in the construction documents. 2. Update fire sprinklers so new floorplan conforms to code. 3. Update lighting circuits to work with new floorplan. 4. Update mechanical systems to work with the new floorplan. 5. Move, add, and remove electrical outlets as needed based off of the floorplan changes. 6. Replace all lighting in the designated part of the building with modern LED fixtures with dimming circuits. 7. Paint the entirety of the area being remodeled 8.
