The Fabric Salt Structure at the Salisbury Maintenance Shop is needing a door installed to prevent wind-driven rain from entering the facility through the doorway. The contractor shall be familiar with the following: 1) Construction and assembly techniques 2) Equipment operation (manlifts/scissor lifts, & Ladders) 3) Hand tools 4) Working at height up to 35 ft 5) PPE, fall protection and OSHA compliance for work of this nature Additional notes for all work: o Contractor is responsible for daily cleanup of worksite o Complete all work by 9/30/24 if lead times from manufacturers allow. o Adhere to all MOSH/OSHA standards that pertain to the work o Work M-F between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, any work outside of this timeframe must be pre-approved by MDOT/SHA.
