Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
The project includes the replacement of one boiler at the VMC building with two new boilers, the replacement of existing system pumps in-kind, new piping in the mechanical room, and new hydronic specialties associated with the boiler loop. Vehicle Maintenance Center Boiler Replacement. All bids must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Affidavit, disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Lansing School District Board of Education or the Superintendent. The School District shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. A bid security bond of 5% is required to be submitted with each bid. The Lansing School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informalities or irregularities therein, or to award the contract to other than the bidder submitting the best financial bid (low bidder), in its sole and absolute discretion.
