For the Following: Item 1 7,066 S.y Milling of Bituminous Pavement Item 2 212 Ton Superpave Scratch and Leveling Course, 9.5mm, in Place Item 3 36 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, in Place Item 4 4,950 Sy Milling of Bituminous Pavement Item 5 148 Ton Superpave Scratch and Leveling Course, 9.5mm, in Place Item 6 446 Ton Superpave Wearing Course, 9.5mm, in Place Option #1= Items 1-3 Option #2= Items 4-6 Liquidated Damages Apply at the Rate of $975 Per Calendar Day. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. Third Class Cities the Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certifed Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Made Payable to the Municipality. For Other Municipal Types, It is the Discretion of the Municipality. A Performance Bond or Certifed Check in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Shall Be Furnished by the Successful Bidder Within 20 Days After the Contract is Awarded. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject and or All Proposals.
