The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Portage (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Waterline and Water Meter Replacement Project. Project consists of the construction of approximately 34,000 LF of water main lines, approximately 15,000 LF of service lines, and the installation of approximately 570-meter pits, and appurtenances by utilizing mostly open trench methods of excavation with a few trenchless areas, and related work.
