This Project Consists of 9,103 Lf of Curb & Gutter and 45,516 Sf of Sidewalk Removal and Replacement, 83,119 Sy of Hma Removal, 1,635 Ton of Polymerized Hma Binder Course, 5,103 Ton of Hma Binder Course, 8,437 Ton of Hma Surface Course and Misc. Appurtenant Construction. Legal Provisions: Contractors and Sub-contractors Shall Conform to the "public Works Preference Project" Act, (30 Ilcs 560/1, Et. Seq). Wage Rates: Contractors Shall Be Required to Pay Not Less Than Prevailing Wage Rates on the Projects as Established by the United States Department of Labor and the State of Illinois Department of Labor. The Village of Mokena Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or Parts Thereof and Waive Any Technicalities or Irregularities in the Bids and Disregard All Non-conforming or Conditional Bids or Counter Proposals. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer’s estimate is between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000.
