BIDS are invited upon the following items of work as follows: Provide and Install Wooden Pole Structure with Metal Roof and Siding, and Associated other work and Restorations. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will apply for this project and the prevailing minimum wages are to be paid to all workmen employed on the project. The borough of hughestown reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities in the bidding, also to delete items in part or entirely to enable the project to be within financial budget. Bids may be held by the borough of hughestown for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids, prior to awarding the contract. In this period of time, no bidder may withdraw his bid. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires.
