REAR CENTER STREET AREA WATER/SEWER IMPROVEMENTS including Clear, Re-grade Existing Swale, Replace Catch Basins, Storm Sewer and associated restorations. The Municipality of HUGHESTOWN is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written "Request for Proposal" for this project. The Municipality shall negotiate a contract with the firm that submits the most advantageous proposal, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Municipality determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the Municipality be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, the Municipality shall then undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm
