The Hot Springs County Board of Commissioners is releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for airport engineering services located at: Hot Springs County Airport 1080 Manning Rd. Thermopolis, WY 82443 Sealed packets will be received from qualified consultant(s) that demonstrate the ability to reach the County's desired outcomes for the project, which includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Pavement maintenance projects 2. Acquiring Snow Removal Equipment 3. Acquiring Mowing Equipment 4. Hangar development and construction projects 5. Expanding Taxiways and Aprons 6. Grant application and administration for funds from various sources 7. Airport inspections, as needed 8. Airport waterline project 9. Rehabilitate airport road and parking lot project 10. Wyoming Aviation Capital Improvement Program development 11. Qualified consultant(s) shall willingly negotiate with the County the contract and services to be provided. Should negotiations with the selected consultant(s) be unsuccessful, the County has the right to cease discussion and move forward with another firm. The Respondent Guarantees and Warranties Form must be enclosed with the statement of qualification (qualifications) to be considered, and must be signed by the authorized representative of the firm.Statement of qualifications must be received in the office of the Hot Springs County Clerk on or before the time and date specified. Statement of Qualifications received after the time specified will not be considered. Any questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted by August 5, 2024, at which time an Addendum will be released to all known vendors and on the Hot Springs County Website .
