Various pumps, pneumatic controls, valves, and piping have experienced leaks and failure. Conditions inside the boiler room spaces are experiencing extreme temperature fluctuations causing hazardous conditions for the mechanical equipment and boiler room space. One boiler room equipment and space area has deteriorated significantly. Providing a comprehensive assessment of the HVAC systems. Heating systems to include 2 Boiler Room's mechanical equipment and spaces, heating distribution systems, and controls. Cooling systems to include remaining Condensing Units that have not been replaced and associated Fan Coil units and controls. An executive summary reporting the HVAC systems conditions and recommended solutions for any deficiencies identified. Cost estimation for design and construction in relation to the deficiencies identified in the assessment.
