Site Address: 331 Park Street City: Thermopolis County: Hot Springs State/Province: WY Description: The work includes, the installation of approximately 70,000 SF of a nominal 45-mil to 60-mil mechanically attached or fully-adhered single-ply membrane roofing system or approved equal, a minimum 1/4 thick cover board, polyisocyanurate insulation to create grade, and the required attachments to furnish a 20-year warranty. Work will also include the evaluation of existing polyisocyanurate insulation to determine whether it is suitable for reuse. Any damaged, deteriorated, wet, or inadequate insulation should be removed and replaced. Additional polyisocyanurate insulation will need to be added at locations highlighted in the construction drawings, where negative drainage exists.
