Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project consists of boardwalk reconstruction including removing all existing boardwalk components, new boardwalk foundations and supports, new boardwalk, guardrails, removing and resetting appurtenances, and reclamation. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered. It is the bidder's responsibility to review the Public Purchase site for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Bidding questions must be submitted on the Public Purchase website. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming, or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. Only original bid bonds or cashier checks will be accepted at the Procurement Office. All bids must be signed and uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system by the deadline; incomplete or late submissions will be deemed non-responsive. Bidders must register with Public Purchase to participate. Written questions about the procurement process should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding Question Deadline 12/10/2025 at 11:00 AM MT
