Replacing two existing boilers with three new boilers and the associated heating plant accessories; replace all pneumatic system components, such as controls and valves, throughout the building with electronic DDC actuators and controls; replace existing electronic control valves with new ones; add a nonproprietary HVAC building automation system and provide a central control station to monitor HVAC operations for the entire building; and demolish existing second boiler plant equipment and tie the heating system into the new boiler plant. Only bids submitted through the Public Purchase site and on State of Wyoming forms will be considered.
