Renovation of an educational facility in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 52,000-square-foot educational facility.

The work includes, the installation of approximately 52,000 SF of a nominal 80-mil mechanically attached single- ply membrane roofing system or approved equal, a minimum 1/2 to create grade, and the required attachments to furnish a 30-year no-dollar-limit warranty. Work for Phase I will also include the evaluation of existing polyisocyanurate insulation to determine whether it is suitable for reuse. Any damaged, deteriorated, wet, or inadequate insulation should be removed and replaced. Additional polyisocyanurate insulation will need to be added at locations highlighted in the construction drawings, where negative drainage exists. Work additionally includes replacement of multiple existing HVAC units with new units, including connections to existing ductwork, electrical and refrigerant lines, testing and troubleshooting new equipment, and connections to existing control systems. In some cases, the new equipment will require new electrical wiring and disconnects. The project is anticipated to take place over the course of two summers. Phase I will begin in the summer of 2026, and Phase II will begin in the summer of 2027. However, the OWNER may be willing to expand the construction window, provided the Work can be substantially completed in one season.
