Renovation of a water / sewer project in Delran, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Contract generally consists of the rehabilitation of a Belt Filter Press. The upgrades include the replacement of Belt Filter Press components that have reached the end of their useful life, and all other work in accordance with the Contract Documents K-S Job Nos.: S-3262 Serial Nos.: UN-669 Bid(10.0%), Performance(100.0%), Payment(100.0%), Maintenance(15.0%), Certified Check Contract Documents for the proposed work prepared by Keith Chiaravallo, P.E., Consulting Engineer, CME Associates, may be examined at the office of said Engineer, at 3141 Bordentown Avenue, Parlin, New Jersey or at the Township of Delran at the aforementioned address between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting the office of the Engineer until 48 hours prior to the time set for the opening of bids. Electronic copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at no charge during normal business hours by emailing a request to William Korosec (WKorosec@cmeusa1.com) or Richard Barros (RBarros@cmeusa1.com) with the subject heading Contract Documents may be obtained at the Consulting Engineer's office until 48 hours prior to the time set for the opening of bids upon payment of $50.00 per set payable to CME Associates. No refunds will be made except as provided for in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-24b which allows for the return of documents in reasonable conditions within ninety (90) days of notice that the Contract has NOT been awarded.
