PREVAILING WAGE RATES; When applicable, the contractor shall pay the latest prevailing wage rates for projects in excess of $2,000.00 as determined by the United State Secretary of Labor and the New Jersey Department of Labor, for the locality in which the work is to be performed pursuant to Chapter 150, Laws of 1963 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56, 25 et seq.). If the prevailing wage rate prescribed for any craft by the United States Secretary of Labor is not the same as the prevailing wage rate prescribed for that craft by the New Jersey Department of Labor, the contractor shall pay the higher rate. The contractor shall comply with all applicable statutes and regulations regarding the payment of wages and specifically Title 34, Chapter 11, of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey.
