The installation of Tri-Built Roof x Tender 985 Super Silicone Roof coating to all flat roof areas of building. Clean off all EPDM flat roof areas free of all dirt, debris, loose lap sealant on all areas of flat roofs. - Seal any needed visible problem areas including overlap seams and roof penetrations with EPDM repair tape to ensure no possible roof leaks before installation of new Roof x Tender 985 Super Silicone Coating. - Repair any Vents, AC Units, Soil Pipes with EPDM flashing tape where needed. - Install a coating of Tri-Built Roof x Tender Super Silicone Roof Coating to all flat roof areas of building. The bid will be awarded, after the review by The District. The District will not assume responsibility for bids that are mailed. The District reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive technical defects in the bids and to award the bid to the bidder most competent to service the requirements of The District. No interpretation of these Bid Documents or any provision will be given to any bidder orally. Any question must be in writing addressed to the Clerk of the Board, Delran Township Fire District, Township Municipal Building, 900 Chester Avenue, Delran, New Jersey 08075, which request must be delivered no later than 12:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12, 2025.
