Fcm Four Corners Microwave Building Replacement. The estimated order of magnitude for this acquisition is between $100,000 to $250,000. Question Deadline 08/02/2024 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The principal components of work are listed below, these are not listed in the order they need to be accomplished, and other components may be necessary to complete the work as described in the Project Specifications and Drawings: Place one (1) new cast in place slab foundation and provide two (2) new precast equipment foundations. Provide one (1) new underground electrical service line and one (1) liquified petroleum (LP) service line. Relocate the existing LP tank and provide a new LP line from the relocated tank to the new generator. This will include providing new first and second stage regulators for the tank. Relocate the existing microwave building located at the Montrose Operations Center (MOC) a. b. Provide crane services at the MOC site for loading the new building onto WAPA-owned equipment. Provide crane services for unloading of the building onto the prepared foundation at the FCM site. Provide a new generator and transfer switch located as shown on the Project Drawings. This will include power and control runs in conduit from the new generator to the new building.
