Description: The City of Waycross is accepting RFQs and Fee Proposals from Licensed Engineering Firms for the sampling, analysis, and reporting of groundwater, surface water, and leachate as well as the monitoring/reporting of methane and oxygen gases in perimeter monitoring wells and on-site structures at the Blackwell/Common Street Landfill (BCLF) located in Waycross, Georgia. The contract term shall be five (5) years with options for renewal for five (5) additional years to be renewed annually if all parties agree. Envelopes must be sealed and marked Bid #FY25-01 Landfill Monitoring Services.
