The Scope of Work Includes: Street and Drainage Improvements for a total of 0.72 Miles The Bid Bond shall be forfeited to the Owner as liquidated damages if the Bidder fails to execute the Contract and provide Performance and Payment Bonds within (10) days after being notified that he has been awarded the Contract.
