Site work for a water / sewer project in Mansfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Brooker Place Stormsewer Project Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond or Proposal Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety, in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Amount for Each Individual Proposal; or by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or a Letter of Credit Pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount for Each Individual Proposal, Payable to the City of Mansfield, Ohio as a Guarantee That if the Proposal is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into The City of Mansfield's Board of Control reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities. Replacement of an existing 48" storm sewer pipe by the installation of approximately 113 feet of new 48" aluminum alloy storm sewer pipe.
