Local Time Scope of consisting of removal, rehabilitation, and replacement of existing Type B fender panels at POA Terminals 2 and 3, and more particularly includes: removal of the top section of the existing fender pin piles, in-water retrieval of severed pin piles as required, furnishing and installing new coated 22-in diameter fender pin piles, furnishing and installing UHMWPE panels where missing, and other related work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in the Technical Specifications.
