Consultants for Connecting Lynnwood: Poplar Way Bridge the City of Lynnwood Solicits Interest From Consulting Firms With Expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design. This Agreement Will Be for Approximately 3 Years in Duration With the Option for the City of Lynnwood to Extend It for Additional Time and Money if Necessary. Consultants Will Be Considered for the Following Project. The City of Lynnwood Reserves the Right to Amend Terms of This Request for Qualifications (Rfq) to Circulate Various Addenda, or to Withdraw the Rfq at Any Time, Regardless of How Much Time and Effort Consultants Have Spent on Their Responses. Project Description the Work to Be Performed by the Consultant Consists of Construction Management/construction Administration (Cm/ca)associated With the Connecting Lynnwood: Poplar Way Bridge Project (Lyn-38). Construction is Anticipated to Begin January 2026 and Will Have Approximately 470 Working Days. This Includes but is Not Limited to Construction Project Management, on-site Daily Construction Observation, Inspection, Materials Testing, and Management, and Documentation Control. This Project Has a Voluntary 10% Small Business Enterprise (Sbe) Goal. Submittal of an Sbe Participation Plan is Required Prior to Commencing Work. Evaluation Criteria Submittals Will Be Evaluated and Ranked Based on the Following Criteria: Qualifications of Proposed Construction Manager, Qualifications of Team, Experience of Firm on Similar Projects, Ability to Meet Schedule, Approach to Project, Familiarity With Wsdot/fhwa Standards , Past Performance and References, Approach to Meet the Voluntary Sbe Goal (Sbe Participation Plan), and Others Listed in the Full Rfp.
