The Lift Station 10 (LS 10) Wet Well Cleaning and Force Main Improvements project consists of cleaning a sewer wet well while providing a redundant temporary sewer bypass system, cut- ting and removing the end of the LS 16 force main discharge inside the force main discharge manhole, and mechanical improvements to four air vacuum and air release assemblies (AVARVAS) on the force main. All Bids must be accompanied by a scan of a bid bond, cashier's check, certified check, or postal money order in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid. The Contractor shall perform no work between the dates of November 23, 2024, and June 1, 2025 (inclusive), During this time, the Contract will be suspended in accordance with WSDOT Standard Specifications Section 1-08.6. These are anticipated dates and may be adjusted by the City. based on observed and anticipated sewer flows at the project site and/or precipitation in the City.
