Site work and paving for a civil project in Lynnwood, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
District is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. The work under this Contract is to replace four (4) existing isolation valves, replace three (3) air/vacuum release valves and replace 4-inch appurtenance piping on the District's 30-inch and 36-inch transmission main at five (5) separate site locations. This work under this contract includes: o Installation of three 30-inch butterfly valves, and one 36-inch butterfly valve with appurtenances. o Installation of 4 access vaults with appurtenances. o Installation of 3 air/vacuum release valves, vaults and appurtenances. o Installation of 3 air/vacuum release valve services between transmission mains and existing air/vacuum release vaults. o Remove and dispose of existing water main, valves, and appurtenances. o Roadway and property restoration. o Temporary traffic control. The project is located at five different sites within public right-of-way in the City of Everett, Snohomish County, and a private property and includes: o E. Casino Road between the intersections of Xavier Way and Kossuth Avenue, within City of Everett. <
