Consultants for Utility Professional Services the City of Lynnwood Solicits Interest From Consulting Firms With Expertise in Civil and Structural Engineering Design. This Agreement Will Be for Approximately 3 Years in Duration With the Option for the City of Lynnwood to Extend It for Additional Time and Money if Necessary. Consultants Will Be Considered for the Following Project. Project Description the Work to Be Performed by the Consultant Consists of Preliminary Design and Assessment of Sewer Alignments, Hydraulic Modeling, Environmental Permitting, Capacity Analysis, Cost Estimation and Budgeting, Project Management and Stakeholder Coordination, Construction Oversight and Quality Assurance, and Postconstruction Evaluation. Additionally, the Consultant Will Address Specific Design Elements Such as Upsizing Gravity Mains, Evaluating Rehabilitation Methodologies, and Ensuring Compliance With City Standards and Environmental Regulations. The City of Lynnwood Reserves the Right to Retain the Services of the Successful Firm(S) for Any Subsequent Phases (R/w, Cn) Associated With This/these Service(S).
