Demolition and site work for a residential development in Kewanee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work consists of 2. Demolish the existing house. 3. Remove all private sidewalks, patios and concrete slabs. 4. Remove yard shed. 5. *Remove and properly dispose of all rubbish, brush and debris located on the lot and in, and around, the buildings. 6. *Remove all trees and vegetation around perimeter of the foundation of house. 7. *Break apart all foundation parts for all buildings. Clean brick or concrete can be used to fill the basement of the house. All other must be removed. For the demolition of the building and related work located at the following address 701 W. 5 th St., Kewanee, IL A bid bond or certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total value of the bid must accompany said bid. RFP bonds, in the form of a check, will be cashed/deposited and returned to non-winning bidders after the opening in the form of a check from the City of Kewanee. All work is to be completed within 28 days after receiving notice to proceed from the City The City of Kewanee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.
