Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Rocky River, Ohio. Design plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

As of August 7, 2025, an architect has been selected, and this project is in the design phase. It is anticipated bidding will commence in October or November 2025. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Rocky River reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The new fire station will contain approximately 20,000 square feet complete with living quarters, kitchen, community room, administration space, and six (6) apparatus bays (the "Project").
