The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the contract before commencement of work and conforming to the contract documents as well as furnish and maintain proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, and all other insurance or certifications as required by the contract documents.
