Renovation of a residential development in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
CDBG-Roof, Shower, Bath, Vent- Sierra Vista Cochise County, hereinafter referred to as the County, through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the State of Arizona Department of Housing (ADOH) will accept bids from qualified firms or individuals who are licensed, registered, and in good standing with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. This is a federally funded project which requires that contractors also be registered and verified in SAM.gov. Questions Due Date: Aug 15th 2024, 2:00 PM MST This federally funded project consists of the following housing repairs: Replace existing roof including an overhang or gutters. Install shower/bath surround in bathroom. (Drywall will need to be installed also.) Install vent. Install laminate flooring in bathroom. Replace water lines to bathroom.
